Jeremie Gould

Jeremie is the Director for ProcessX in the EMEA region at USDM Life Sciences. He is responsible for ProcessX in Europe including oversight of implementation projects, customer success, technical presales, sales support, and influencing the product roadmap. Jeremie brings more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, specifically working with GxP processes.

Prior to USDM, Jeremie held many customer facing roles at IQVIA relating to their Quality Management System (QMS) product. In his last role, he was responsible for all QMS business development and sales activities within his assigned territory of France, Benelux, and the Nordics. Prior to moving to a sales role, Jeremie led IQVIA’s professional services team as the Principal/Practice Director in the EMEA/APAC regions for all QMS implementation projects. He managed customer relationships and implemented technology solutions throughout the world and is equipped with a strong portfolio of consulting engagements with over 150 life sciences companies. In addition to his experience at IQVIA, Jeremie also had shorter tenures at Heineken and HP.

Jeremie holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada, and has completed various IT and project management certifications in his career. He speaks French and English fluently, and Dutch at an intermediate level.

Originally from Canada, Jeremie now lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He spends most of his free time with family (wife and daughter) and staying active with fitness training and playing (ice) hockey.
