Assets are a key artifact in ServiceNow that represent hardware and software systems owned or managed by your organization. Once added, users will be able to select specific assets to associate with ProcessX events and tasks.
NOTE: The following steps must be performed by a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Navigate to ProcessX Configuration > Event Configuration > Assets and click New.
- Complete the form for the asset. You will be able to enter additional information after saving.
