3. Inbound Email Action

ProcessX includes the following Inbound Email Actions: 

  • Create Event – this will allow new ProcessX events to be created by users via email.  This is inactive by default. 
  • Create Adverse Event – this will allow new ProcessX Adverse Event records to be created by users via email.  This is inactive by default. 
  • Event_Update Work Notes – this enables the updating of Work Notes on a ProcessX via email reply.  This is active by default. 

A ServiceNow administrator can activate or deactivate these as necessary, and the order value may be modified if other inbound email actions apply.
