Once the Event moves to the In Progress state, the Plan Steps become Event Tasks that can be worked on.
Event Tasks are grouped under one or more Paths, and Paths belong to a Stage. A Path consists of several sequential or parallel Tasks. One Path does not rely on another Path to move forward with the Tasks in a Path, but to move forward with the Tasks in the next Stage, you must complete all Tasks in the current Stage.

Users assigned to Tasks will be notified and their Homepage will display them in My Open Event Tasks and My Groups Open Event Tasks in the Application Navigation panel.
