You can define settings that apply to the ProcessX application in general.
Before you begin
Role required: x_usdml_unifyevent.unify_event_admin
Procedure
- Navigate to ProcessX Configuration > Event Configuration > General Settings.
- On the form, fill in the fields.
Field | Description |
Default Event Plan Definition | The Event Plan Definition that is loaded in the Event record when the user clicks Review Event Plan and the selected Event Type has no active Event Plan associated with it. |
Event Asset Filter | Configurable filter to limit the assets that are available for selection within Event records, specifically for Event types where the Asset Filter is set to Standard. |
Life Science Asset Filter | Configurable filter to limit the assets that are available for selection within Event records, specifically for Event Types where the Asset Filter is set to Life Sciences. For example, a condition of [is_gxp] [is] [true]. |
Periodic Review Period (Days) | A whole number that determines the due date for the subsequent automatically generated Periodic Review Event following the closure of the previous one. |
Password Expiration (Days) | Defines how often the ProcessX user must change their password. Default: 30. |
Default Event QA Group | Group whose members may approve Event cancellation requests if the Default QA Group has not been defined in the associated Event Plan Definition. This field may be left empty if such is defined for each Event Plan Definition. |
Make Adverse Event Form Public | (Applicable only if Adverse Events workflow is enabled)
Checked if Adverse Event form needs to be available for unauthenticated users (i.e., from a public-facing page). |
